Pokémon creators introduced the world to the card series DP set in the year 2007, including the Bonsly card. Behind Bonsly's Look

The design of Bonsly is based on bonsai trees, which are often grown in containers with holes at the bottom. They are designed to help the plant grow, so much so that fans suggest to peers to add holes into their pots if holes are missing. Bonsai can also be placed in shallow containers without holes, called suiban, where the water stays could aid growers decorate their plants to look like natural landscapes. Bonsly is the former, hence the hole.

Why Bonsly Stands Out

Even with this reasonable background, yet, The company appears somewhat a little too concerned with Bonsly's hole. The shop started reserving all incoming Bonsly #71 cards it received exclusively for Emily. The majority of these cost between $1 and $3, she mentions, estimating that she has invested somewhere around $400 only on the album itself.

Rising Prices

Nowadays, pristine this Bonsly card might be valued at $14.99. While that is a premium price, run-of-the-mill copies are often priced at starting at $4. The upward trend more or less coincides with the time Emily began collecting seriously, though there are likely several factors at play. While it's true that this card is famous in the community, Hopkins's posts regarding the card have received countless views. With information about this card expands further to a wider audience, it is likely that the value of these cards may continue to shoot up. Regardless, enthusiasts note that TCG prices are skyrocketing this year in general.

Her Relentless Pursuit

Hopkins cannot be stopped, though.

"The wonderful part is a few followers and viewers from her channel have shipped copies of Bonsly her way to expand the set, and they will remain these cards protected always," she declares. Instead of being put off, the audience are amazed and encouraged by her Bonsly binder.

"I've actually always wanted to do this," a viewer notes. "Purchase all of a common card|every copy of a common card
